A quick look at today: with a daily low of 27,176, Nikkei closed today at 27,400, after ending yesterday at 27,300 and gaining 100 points (0.35%).

At the same time, Japan Services PMI came out at 52.4, while a consensus of analysts was expecting 51.4.

Other markets are also showing gains as KOSPI Composite Index improves 1.39% today and closed at 2,395.26. Notably, Hang Seng rose 1.82% today and closed at 21,651.

Meanwhile, after ending today's session at 7,490.4, ASX 200 lost 22.1 points and is trading around 7,468.3.
