The Nikkei closed today at 27,400, after five straight days of gains

A quick look at today: with a daily low of 27,176, Nikkei closed today at 27,400, after ending yesterday at 27,300 and gaining 100 points (0.35%).

Meanwhile, Japan Services PMI came out at 52.4, while a consensus of analysts was expecting 51.4.

The Nikkei shows positive signs, other assets are also on par: KOSPI Composite Index went up by 1.39% today, and closed at 2,428.57. Hang Seng is trading around 22,045 after ending today's session at 21,651 (up 1.82% today).

Meanwhile, ASX 200 stumbles 0.3% today and closed at 7,490.4.

Furthermore, the market is looking at Japan Tokyo Core CPI (YoY) (Jan) will be released tomorrow at 23:30 UTC. Japan CPI Tokyo Ex Food and Energy (MoM) (Jan) scheduled to come out tomorrow at 23:30 UTC.

The Nikkei hit a significant low of 15.42 around 4 months ago, but has since recovered 176,938%.
