After five days of going down, the Dow Jones is up 335.35 points today

A quick look at today: after finishing yesterday at 32,765, Dow Jones went up to 33,162 before paring its losses and closing at 33,100.

Nevertheless, United States Core Durable Goods Orders fell short of the 0% projections, with new data of -0.2%. Highly important Pending Home Sales data from United States beat analyst expectations of 0.5% with a reading of 0%.

Meanwhile, United States Core PCE Price Index (MoM) (Apr) came out at 0.4, while a consensus of analysts was expecting 0.3.

The Dow shows positive signs, other assets are also on par: Nasdaq went up by 2.19% today, and closed at 12,976. S&P 500 is trading around 4,205.45 after ending today's session at 4,151.28 (up 1.3% today).

At the same time, Hang Seng drops 1.93% today and closed at 19,100.

The Dow Jones has recovered 14.06% since descending to a significant low of 28,726 around 7 months ago.
