After three days of declines, Euro-Yen is up 51 pips today

Euro-Yen trades at 144.77 after gaining 51 pips (0.36%).

Nevertheless, highly important GDP data from Germany beat analyst expectations of 0.3 with a reading of 0.4. Germany Business Climate Index beat analyst expectations of 85 and the previous reading of 84.5 with new data of 86.3.

At the same time, Germany GDP released today at 07:00 UTC is better than expected at 1.2% but down from preceding data of 1.7% according to new data.

Elsewhere, other currency pairs are also gaining ground as USD/JPY improves 0.47% to trade around 139.24. USD/CHF is up 0.36%. USD/CAD is up 0.29%.

Elsewhere, Euro Zone ECB's De Guindos speech set for today at 17:00 UTC. Japan CFTC JPY speculative net positions scheduled to come out today at 19:30 UTC. Euro Zone CFTC EUR speculative net positions will be released today at 19:30 UTC.

As things stand, Euro-Yen is 2.19% away from a significant high of 147.48, first set a month ago.
