Caterpillar maintains composure within $235.61 to $239.63 range

The US stock market is set to reconvene later today following Thanksgiving in 5 hours time. S&P 500 increased to 4,027.26, which is a 0.59% change. Dow Jones went up to 34,200, making a 0.28% change. Caterpillar was flat Wednesday, while the Industrials sector was up 0.321%.

Having set a significant high of $237.26 a month ago, the construction and mining equipment manufacturer is trading 46.06% lower. The Dow Jones has been doing worse in 2022, it has been passing it by 21.44%. The company's market cap is $123.30 billion with an average daily trading volume of 3.78 million shares. Caterpillar has a forecast of $14.48 billion with an EPS of $3.16.

Meanwhile, mixed performances were seen by other industrials stocks as Deere & Company traded at $437.52 after closing Wednesday's trading day at $416.56 (up 5.03%). Boeing gained 1.36%, as it traded at $174.85. Lockheed Martin added 0.33% to its value, and traded at $481.07.
