Continuing its five day losing streak, Coffee further drops by 1.89% to close at $176.65

Friday at a glance: Coffee ended Friday at $176.65 per pound following from closing Thursday at $180.05. Overall, this represents a loss of $3.4 or 1.89%.

Arabica Coffee's value drop coincided with the fact that after ending Friday's session at $79.16, Cotton lost $1.6 and is trading around $77.56. After ending Friday's session at $20.76, Sugar lost 9 cents and is trading around $20.67.

Positive performances can be seen by looking at other Softs markets as Cocoa moves up 1.86% Friday and closed at $2,688.

Arabica Coffee is now trading 19.16% above the significant low ($151.1) it slumped to 2 months ago.
