End of a slump? After three successive days of depreciation, CME Cocoa was up $50 Friday

Friday at a glance: Cocoa rose $50 to close at $2,738 per metric tonne Friday which makes for a move of 1.86%.

Though Cocoa is going up, other Softs are underperforming — after ending Friday's session at $79.16, Cotton lost $1.6 and is trading around $77.56. Coffee decreases 1.89% Friday and closed at $180.05. Sugar slides down 0.43% Friday and closed at $20.76.

The Cocoa future has fallen back around 5.78% over the past 18 days, from a notable high of $2,853.
