End of rally for CAC 40: After three consecutive up days it closed down 0.29% Wednesday

US equity indices are closed for the Thanksgiving holiday and resume today. Meanwhile, here is a recap of Wednesday: CAC decreases 0.29% to close at 6,687.7 Wednesday.

On the flip side, Germany GDP improved upon its previous reading of 0.1 with a new data release of 0.4. Germany Business Climate Index improved upon its previous reading of 84.5 with a new data release of 86.3.

Meanwhile, data for Germany GDP released today at 07:00 UTC is better than expected with 1.2%, but worse than previous figure of 1.7%.

In the meantime, negative performances are also seen in other markets, Hang Seng decreases 0.49% Wednesday and closed at 17,661.

Other assets are showing positive performances as Nasdaq goes up 0.99% Wednesday and closed at 11,174. S&P 500 went up by 0.59% Wednesday, and closed at 4,027.26.

Furthermore, Euro Zone ECB's De Guindos speech is scheduled today at 17:00 UTC. Euro Zone CFTC EUR speculative net positions will be released today at 19:30 UTC.

The index has been trending positively for about a month. CAC 40 hit a significant low of 15.42 around 2 months ago, but has since recovered 43,400%.
