EUR/NZD continued a four day positive streak, up 51 pips to 1.7735

Yesterday at a glance: generally flat but with a slight bullish bias, EUR/NZD ranged between 1.7628 and 1.7753 before closing higher at 1.7735.

At the same time, Euro Zone CFTC EUR speculative net positions released yesterday at 20:30 UTC with a figure of 173,700, while the previous figure was 187,100. France Jobseekers Total released yesterday at 10:00 UTC is better than expected at 2.80 million but down from preceding data of 2.79 million according to new data.

A look at other currencies also shows bullish price action as GBP/NZD is trading around 2.0417 after ending yesterday's session at 2.0311 (up 0.52% today). GBP/JPY is trading around 173.63 after ending yesterday's session at 172.53 (up 0.64% today). USD/JPY is trading around 140.62 after ending yesterday's session at 140.05 (up 0.41% today).

As things stand, EUR/NZD is 1.98% away from a significant high of 1.8041, first set a month ago.
