EUR/NZD went up 51 pips, closing at 1.7735 and building up on its four days of gains

A quick look at yesterday: generally flat but with a slight bullish bias, EUR/NZD ranged between 1.7628 and 1.7753 before closing higher at 1.7735.

Data from France concerning Jobseekers Total was released yesterday at 10:00 UTC. Newly published figures emphasized continued decline from last month's figure of 2.79 million to 2.80 million this month.

Other currencies are also rising as GBP/NZD is trading around 2.0417 after ending yesterday's session at 2.0311 (up 0.52% today). Notably, GBP/JPY rose 0.64% yesterday and closed at 172.53. USD/JPY added 0.41% and closed around 140.05 yesterday.

Having set a peak of 1.8041 around a month ago, EUR/NZD is now trading 1.98% below this level.
