Euro-Yen adds 0.43% within 150.93 – 149.79 daily range

A quick look at yesterday: after ending Thursday at 150.22, EUR/JPY went up to 150.93 only to drop back, yet still traded well overall and closed at 150.87 yesterday.

Meanwhile, Japan CFTC JPY speculative net positions released yesterday at 20:30 UTC with a figure of -80,700, while the previous figure was -64,800. Euro Zone CFTC EUR speculative net positions came out at 173,700. Data from France concerning Jobseekers Total was released yesterday at 10:00 UTC. Newly published figures emphasized continued decline from last month's figure of 2.79 million to 2.80 million this month.

Other currencies are also rising as GBP/NZD is trading around 2.0417 after ending yesterday's session at 2.0311 (up 0.52% today). GBP/JPY went up by 0.64% yesterday, and closed at 173.63. USD/JPY went up by 0.41% yesterday, and closed at 140.62.

Euro-Yen has managed to gain 7.66% so far this year despite trading at lows around 135.1 previously.
