Friday's slide leaves Pfizer traders hoping for a bounce

A quick look at Friday: during Friday's session, Pfizer toiled and struggled for upward momentum before closing at $40.1. By the close, the the multinational pharma juggernaut suffered a 27 cents or 0.67% loss.

Pfizer was not the only decliner in the health care sector; Merck lost 3.02% Friday and closed at $104.1. Abbott Laboratories closed at $97 (down 2.04%). Amgen went down to $229.79, losing 2.04% after it closed at $234.57 Friday.

Pointing downwards for around 2 months. This year has been a gloomy one for the multinational pharma juggernaut after trading as high as $55.17 and going on to lose 22% of its value.
