Goldman Sachs extends four-day winning streak

Investors are currently sidelined due to the Thanksgiving holiday but will return to their desks today. Looking back over the previous session Wednesday: after closing at $383.87 on Tuesday, Goldman Sachs rallied as high as $388.2 but ended the day at $386.25.

This rally in Goldman Sachs's share price coincided with other financials stocks as HSBC Holdings traded at $29.47 after closing Wednesday's trading day at $28.95 (up 1.8%). S&P Global traded at $358.27 after closing Wednesday's trading day at $352.25 (up 1.71%). JP Morgan Chase added 1.07% to its value, and traded at $136.48.

The stock has been trending positively for about a month. Goldman Sachs hit a significant low of $279.79 around 5 months ago, but has since recovered 37.2%.
