Losing streak continues: Euro-Yen down 46 pips, closed at 141.3 adding to its four days of losses

Friday at a glance: EUR/JPY decreases 0.33% to close at 141.3 Friday.

Euro-Yen's value drop coincided with the fact that EUR/NZD lost 0.93% Friday and closed at 1.7137. USD/JPY lost 1.08% Friday and closed at 133.59.

Positive performances can be seen by looking at other currencies as NZD/USD went up by 1.64% Friday, and closed at 0.6296.

Furthermore, as things stand, upcoming Germany Producer Price Index data is projected to fall short of market expectations with newly published data of -1.6%, following on from the preceding figure of -1%. New data is set to be published tomorrow at 07:00 UTC. Euro Zone Trade Balance (Jan) is scheduled for tomorrow at 10:00 UTC.

This year has been a bright one for Euro-Yen after trading as low as 128.26 and going on to appreciate by 2.43% year to date.
