Risk-off mood drags NYMEX Gas 6.52% lower

A quick look at Friday: Natural Gas falls 6.52% to close at $2.35 per MMBtu Friday.

NYMEX Natural Gas has shed 63.16% over the past three months.

NYMEX Gas's value drop coincided with the fact that after ending Friday's session at $74.7, Brent Crude Oil lost $2.17 and is trading around $72.53. After ending Friday's session at $68.35, Crude Oil lost $2 and is trading around $66.34.

Though Natural Gas has been dropping, other Energy have been performing better: notably, Heating Oil rose 1.35% Friday and closed at $2.64.
