Risk-off mood drags NYMEX Natural Gas 6.52% lower

A quick look at Friday: Natural Gas ended Friday at $2.35 per MMBtu following from closing Thursday at $2.51. Overall, this represents a loss of 16.4 cents or 6.52%.

NYMEX Natural Gas's value drop coincided with the fact that Brent Crude Oil draws back 2.9% Friday and closed at $74.7. Crude Oil is down to $66.34, losing $2, after ending the previous session around $68.35.

Though Natural Gas has been dropping, other Energy have been performing better: Heating Oil added 1.35% and closed around $2.64 Friday.

US Natural Gas is now trading 63.16% below its 3-month high of $9.68.
