Risk-off mood drags US Natural Gas 6.52% lower

A quick look at Friday: Natural Gas ended Friday at $2.35 per MMBtu following from closing Thursday at $2.51. Overall, this represents a loss of 16.4 cents or 6.52%.

NYMEX Natural Gas's value drop coincided with the fact that Brent Crude Oil is down to $72.53, losing $2.17, after ending the previous session around $74.7. After ending Friday's session at $68.35, Crude Oil lost $2 and is trading around $66.34.

Though NYMEX Gas has been dropping, other Energy have been performing better: Heating Oil went up by 1.35% Friday, and closed at $2.68.

NYMEX Gas is now trading 63.16% below its 3-month high of $9.68.
