Risk-on mood pushes CAC 40 1.24% higher

Other markets are also showing gains as Nasdaq went up by 2.19% yesterday, and closed at 12,976. Notably, S&P 500 rose 1.3% yesterday and closed at 4,151.28.

At the same time, after ending yesterday's session at 19,100, Hang Seng lost 353.08 points and is trading around 18,747.

The index has been trending lower for about a month. CAC 40 has recovered 46,782% since descending to a significant low of 15.42 around 8 months ago.
