Risk-on mood pushes the Kospi Composite Index 0.16% higher

A quick look at today: KOSPI Composite Index ended yesterday at 2,554.69. today it went up to 2,567.5 only to drop back, yet still managed to close at 2,558.81.

Other markets are also showing gains as Nasdaq climbs 2.19% today and closed at 12,700. S&P 500 added 1.3% and closed around 4,151.28 today.

At the same time, Hang Seng is down to 18,747, losing 353.08 points, after ending the previous session around 19,100.

The Kospi Composite Index has managed to gain 14.44% so far this year despite trading at lows around 2,155.49 previously.
