Risk-on mood pushes the Kospi Composite Index 0.16% higher

A quick look at yesterday: after ending Thursday at 2,554.69, KOSPI Composite Index went up to 2,567.5 only to drop back, yet still traded well overall and closed at 2,558.81 yesterday.

Other markets are also showing gains as Nasdaq climbs 2.19% yesterday and closed at 12,700. S&P 500 goes up 1.3% yesterday and closed at 4,151.28.

At the same time, after ending yesterday's session at 19,100, Hang Seng lost 353.08 points and is trading around 18,747.

The Kospi Composite Index has gained 14.44% since its lowest print of 2,155.49 earlier this year.
