Stagnant VOO peaks at $368.16 amid sluggish price action

United States Core PCE Price Index (MoM) (Dec) is expected tomorrow at 13:30 UTC.

Vanguard S&P 500 ETF has managed to gain 5.07% so far this year despite trading at lows around $327.64 previously.
