The Nasdaq rallied beyond 13,000 for the first time in 9 months

Nasdaq rallied to 13,000, hitting its highest point in 9 months; it later lost 24.31 points and closed at 12,976.

Other markets are also showing gains as S&P 500 is trading around 4,205.45 after ending today's session at 4,151.28 (up 1.3% today). CAC went up by 1.24% today, and closed at 7,319.18.

At the same time, after ending today's session at 19,100, Hang Seng lost 353.08 points and is trading around 18,747.

The Nasdaq has managed to gain 25.61% so far this year despite trading at lows around 10,200 previously.
