The S&P 500 closed at 3,916.64 Friday after 4th straight days of drops

A quick look at Friday: overall, S&P 500 shed around 43.64 points or 1.1% and ended Friday's session at 3,916.64.

In the meantime, negative performances are also seen in other markets, CAC is down to 6,925.4, losing 100.32 points, after ending the previous session around 7,025.72. After ending Friday's session at 32,247, Dow Jones lost 384.57 points and is trading around 31,862. DAX lost 1.33% Friday and closed at 14,967.

The index has been trending lower for about a month. The S&P 500 hit a significant low of 3,577 around 5 months ago, but has since recovered 10.71%.
