The S&P closed at 3,916.64 Friday after 4th straight days of drops

Friday at a glance: S&P 500 ended the session around the 3,916.64 level today, after Thursday's 43.64 points decline and close at 3,960.28.

In the meantime, negative performances are also seen in other markets, CAC lost 1.43% Friday and closed at 7,025.72. After ending Friday's session at 32,247, Dow Jones lost 384.57 points and is trading around 31,862. DAX is down to 14,768, losing 198.9 points, after ending the previous session around 14,967.

The index has been trending lower for about a month. The S&P 500 is now trading 10.71% above the significant low (3,577) it slumped to 5 months ago.
