Verizon bears in charge as markets close for Thanksgiving

The US stock market is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday and resumes today. Meanwhile, here is a recap of Wednesday: the broadband and telecommunications company has almost recovered all its losses from a previous close of $39.2 after dipping down to $38.61 Wednesday.

On the other hand, positive performances could be seen by looking at other communication services stocks as Alphabet was up 1.53%. Netflix traded at $291.5 after closing Wednesday's trading day at $286.69 (up 1.68%). Comcast traded at $35.53 after closing Wednesday's trading day at $35.1 (up 1.23%).

The stock has been trending positively for about a month. Verizon hit a significant low of $35.35 around a month ago, but has since recovered 10.89%.
